There’s something about the Peg Doll monsters from Mark Gatiss’ Night Terrors that is undoubtedly creepy. The childlike laugh, the awkward shuffle and the bloated heads make for a great monster, enough to give any kid some good nightmares.
What’s even creepier is seeing the dolls out of context and standing in a children’s playground like they were last night.
Shrouded in the dark and keeping eerily still, the dolls were pictured at the Brook Green Children’s Playground in London. But luckily they were not part of an alien child’s nightmare come to life but were actually on route to the Doctor Who Experience where they will be displayed in the exhibition area for all to be terrified of!
This is all part of the build up to Halloween at the Doctor Who experience which promises to be absolutely terrifying and absolutely brilliant.
For the first time in the exhibition’s history (which granted, is not that long) live monsters will be making an appearance at the show as well as on site face painters and even Doctor Who choreographer Ailsa Berk.
The scares start on Friday 28th October 2011, to book tickets visit www.doctorwhoexperience.com
