Tenth Doctor Comic Book Omnibus Released

Comic book fans have a bumper treat in store for them this month as IDW releases its second Tenth Doctor compilation. Featuring 16 issues and the 2010 Annual, as well as A Fairytale Life and a standalone tale featuring the Eleventh Doctor, it’s a ‘must’ for all hardcore Doctor Who collectors.

The omnibus is priced at a respectable £18.52 in the UK, or $29.99 across the pond, and its stories are brought to life in full-colour, with contributions from writers Al Davison, Matthew Dow Smith and Blair Shedd, plus many more.

Looking ahead, we did ask Twelfth Doctor Peter Capaldi if we would ever see a comic book release for his Doctor, but sadly he wouldn’t be drawn on the subject… [You’re fired! – SubEd.]

The Doctor Who Omnibus Volume 2 is released on October 29th, and you can see a preview over at CBR.

likes William Hartnell, whisky, being creative, debating canonicity, The Gunfighters, The Keys of Marinus and City of Death. He has a strong dislike of cold quiche, corporate PowerPoint presentations and lanyards, but loves terrible puns. He's currently employed by a mute teddy bear with black ears.
