Industrial Evolution is an audio story featuring the Sixth Doctor, Evelyn with Thomas Brewster.
Written by Eddie Robson and released by Big Finish Productions in March 2011.
It is the final in a trilogy featuring this TARDIS crew.
Guest stars includes Rory Kinnear and Warren Brown.
Kinnear would become among those who would speculated to become the Twelfth Doctor before it would ultimately be given to his The Thick of It co-star Peter Capaldi.
Despite appearing in this audio Doctor Who story, Kinnear not only denied that he was up for the Twelfth Doctor but also says that he does not even watch Doctor Who.
In fact Kinnear is not those interviewed for the accompanying interviews.
Overall Industrial Evolution is not a bad story even though the menace here is not really enthralling.
Curiously enough there is a character here called Clara (played by Joannah Tincey), more than a year before another Clara played by Jenna Coleman first popped up in the TV series.
Industrial Evolution to date is the final appearance by John Pickard as Brewster although Nick Briggs in the interviews did not rule out another return for Brewster.
